Our Mission

Our Mission

We produce 3D woven preforms and composite parts for applications where 2D laminates fall short on geometry, delamination resistance or production scale. The aim is to make lightweight, high-strength complex geometries manufacturable at series volume.

Loom design, preform engineering and RTM manufacturing all live in-house. Customers work with a single supplier across the prototype-to-series journey; we optimise the weave pattern, fiber selection and resin system together against the part's design constraints.

Our Story

Our Story

Our team began prototype work on a 3D weaving machine in 2011, completed our first machine in 2013, and installed our first serial-production weaving line in 2016 — making us the first and only manufacturer of this technology in Türkiye.

Continuous R&D and Ur-Ge work has made us a recognised partner in weaving and composites for both domestic and international customers. With 3D weaving regarded as the future of the composites industry, we serve the defense, aerospace, space, and automotive sectors.

3D Weaving Machine Design & Manufacturing

A 3D weaving loom isn’t a standalone machine — it works as a single production line together with the warp-dressing (dizim) station, bobbin-transfer systems, and electronic control cabinets. From design to manufacturing, every component of that line is developed in-house, end-to-end.

The two software layers that bring the loom to life are our own engineering: an automation layer that drives motors, sensors, and motion axes in real time, and a pattern-design layer that translates the target 3D geometry into the fibre-and-bobbin matrix the loom executes. Hardware, software, and manufacturing — all delivered with 100% domestic engineering. We’re the first and only company in Türkiye to take this technology to serial production.

3D Woven Preform & Composite Production

Preform production requires as much knowledge and experience as machine production. Every product requires distinct engineering, setup, and machine-to-product adaptation work.

For 3D composite production, preform pattern software, preform manufacturing, and RTM mould design must be engineered as a single integrated process. RTM mould design is handled in-house based on preform and resin-system specifications. Our customised RTM system is purpose-built for 3D woven composites.
