Privacy Policy and KVKK Disclosure Notice

This notice explains how personal data collected by 3Dwovens Kompozit Limited Şirketi through https://3dwovens.com is processed under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data.

1. Data Controller

Under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”), the data controller is 3Dwovens Kompozit Limited Şirketi, established at Yenibosna Merkez Mah. Yalçın Koreş Cad. Kor Sok. No:9, Bahçelievler / İstanbul / Türkiye (MERSİS No: 0001164856100001). Contact: [email protected], +90 (212) 639 47 49.

This notice has been prepared in order to fulfil the data controller's disclosure obligation under Article 10 of the KVKK.

2. Personal Data Processed

The following personal data is processed through the Site.

  • Identity and contact data: the name, company name, email address, telephone number and country declared in the order and quotation form.
  • Content of the request: the message you send through the form and the product, dimension and quantity selections you make in the calculator.
  • Transaction data: order, delivery and invoice details and correspondence records.
  • Technical data: the IP address, browser and device information (user agent) held in server logs, and records relating to form security verification.

No special categories of personal data are collected. Please do not enter special categories of data or data belonging to third parties into the form fields.

Card details are not seen, recorded or stored by us.

3. Purposes and Legal Bases of Processing

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes and on the legal bases stated against each.

  • Assessing quotation requests, preparing the order confirmation, concluding and performing the agreement, carrying out delivery and after-sales support: KVKK Art. 5/2-c (necessary for the conclusion or performance of a contract).
  • Issuing invoices, fulfilling accounting and tax obligations and complying with statutory retention periods: KVKK Art. 5/2-ç (legal obligation of the data controller).
  • Ensuring the security of the Site and of the forms, preventing misuse and automated request attempts and keeping records: KVKK Art. 5/2-f (legitimate interest).
  • Establishment, exercise or protection of legal claims: KVKK Art. 5/2-e and Art. 5/2-f.

Data is processed only to the extent limited and proportionate to those purposes and is not used for any other purpose.

4. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data is shared only with the recipient groups listed below, in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.

  • Email infrastructure: the email delivery service provider (Resend), for the transmission of form notifications.
  • Infrastructure and security services: Cloudflare, for the management of site traffic and form security verification.
  • Payment institution: the licensed payment institution (PayTR), for the execution of card payments. Card details are processed directly in the payment institution's infrastructure and are not transferred to us.
  • Logistics and courier companies: name, address and telephone details, for the purpose of delivery.
  • Financial advisers and audit service providers, and authorised public institutions: within the scope of obligations arising from legislation.

The servers of these service providers may be located abroad. In that case the transfer is carried out in accordance with the conditions set out in Article 9 of the KVKK.

Your personal data is not sold or rented to third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Retention Periods

Your personal data is retained for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it is processed, taking into account the limitation and retention periods provided for in the applicable legislation.

  • Contract and invoice records: ten years, under the applicable legislation.
  • Quotation and contact requests that do not result in a sale: two years from the closure of the request.
  • Server security logs: one year at most.

Upon expiry of those periods, personal data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

6. Your Rights and How to Apply

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may apply to the data controller to exercise the following rights:

  • to learn whether your personal data is being processed,
  • to request information if it has been processed,
  • to learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in accordance with that purpose,
  • to know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom the data has been transferred,
  • to request rectification where the data has been processed incompletely or inaccurately,
  • to request erasure or destruction within the conditions set out in Article 7 of the KVKK,
  • to request that rectification, erasure and destruction operations be notified to the third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
  • to object to a result to your detriment arising from the analysis of processed data exclusively by automated systems,
  • to claim compensation where you suffer loss due to unlawful processing.

You may submit your application in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, by email to [email protected] or in writing to Yenibosna Merkez Mah. Yalçın Koreş Cad. Kor Sok. No:9, Bahçelievler / İstanbul / Türkiye. Your application must clearly state information verifying your identity and the nature of your request.

Your request is concluded free of charge as soon as possible and in any event within thirty days. Where the operation entails additional cost, the fee set out in the tariff determined by the Board may be charged.

If your application is refused or no reply is given within the period, you retain the right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board.

7. Cookies

Only strictly necessary and functional cookies, together with browser storage kept for the duration of the session, are used on the Site; no analytics or advertising cookies are used. The names, purposes and retention periods of the cookies used are explained in detail on the Cookie Policy page.

8. Data Security

Data transmitted between the Site and the user is encrypted with the SSL/TLS protocol.

Access to personal data is limited to personnel who need access in order to perform their duties.

Appropriate administrative and technical measures are taken to prevent the unlawful processing of and unlawful access to personal data and to ensure its safekeeping.

9. Changes

This notice may be revised in line with changes in legislation and updates to our processes.

The current text is published on the Site and takes effect together with the last updated date shown at the top of the page.

Where significant changes are made, separate notification is given in the cases required by legislation.
