1. Strictly Necessary Cookies
A cookie is a small text file placed on your device by a website through the browser. The cookies below are necessary for site security and require no consent (KVKK Art. 5(2)(f), legitimate interest):
- __cf_bm, cf_clearance — protection against bots and abuse — 30 minutes / up to 1 year — third party (Cloudflare).
- Cloudflare Turnstile verification record — human verification on the order, DXF upload, quotation and contact forms — for the session — third party (Cloudflare).
2. Browser Storage
The records below are not cookies; they are kept only on your device and are not sent to the server (the cart contents and currency are sent only when you submit an order, together with the order details). They are necessary to keep the cart across pages and to remember your preferences (KVKK Art. 5(2)(f)).
- 3dw-cart-v1 — cart contents (product code, quantity; for cutting items, file name, upload number, measurements and options) — until the order is submitted or browser data is cleared (localStorage).
- 3dw-currency-v1, 3dw-theme — currency and light/dark display preference — until browser data is cleared (localStorage).
- __langScrollY, pk:state, pk:entered, pk:reference-library, 3dw:owc-handoff — scroll position when switching language, the One Way Cutter draft and the drawing handed over from the CNC cutting page to the tool — until the tab is closed (sessionStorage).
3. Cookieless Usage Statistics
Usage statistics on page, product, cart and order steps are measured without cookies or browser storage through the PostHog service of PostHog Inc., in its data centre in Frankfurt, Germany. Only a random visit identifier held in the browser's memory while the page is open is used; requests are relayed through the Site's own server and your IP address is not passed to PostHog. Names, email addresses, telephone numbers, addresses, file names and form texts are not included; the data is used only as aggregate statistics (KVKK Art. 5(2)(f)). If “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control is enabled in your browser, no measurement takes place.
Before any analytics or advertising cookies are used, your explicit consent is obtained through a cookie banner, the option to refuse is offered on equal terms with the option to accept, and this policy is updated.
4. Management and Contact
You can view, delete or block cookies in your browser settings; if strictly necessary cookies are blocked, form verification may not be completed, and if browser storage is blocked, the cart is not kept across pages. Requests may be sent to [email protected]; the purposes of processing, transfers, retention periods and your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK are explained in the Privacy Policy and KVKK Disclosure Notice (https://3dwovens.com/en/legal/privacy-policy). This policy is updated when the technologies used on the Site change.
