## Machining guide

1. Use a diamond-coated (PCD) or carbide composite router bit.
2. Drill with a sharp carbide bit, a low feed rate and a backing board on the exit side.
3. Because the layers do not separate, edges stay clean on CNC routers and waterjets.
4. Use dust extraction and an FFP2 mask for carbon dust.

Yes. The pieces are cut from a full plate and suit drilling, cutting and fastening trials. If a standard mechanical test needs specific dimensions, upload your drawing and the composite cutting service cuts pieces to your size.
