## Our Mission

3D woven preforms and composite parts are produced for applications where 2D laminates fall short on geometry, delamination resistance or production scale. The aim is to make complex geometries lightweight and mass-producible.

Loom design, preform engineering and vacuum-assisted resin transfer moulding (VARTM) sit with a single supplier; the transition from prototype to series production is seamless. Weave pattern, fiber and resin system are set to the part's design.

## Our Story

Our team began prototype work on a 3D weaving machine in 2011, built the first machine in 2013, and installed the first serial-production line in 2016 — becoming the first and only company to bring this technology to Türkiye.

Ongoing R&D has extended our activity abroad; production today serves companies in Türkiye and overseas alike. We serve the defense, aerospace, space and automotive industries.

## Our Capabilities

### 3D Weaving Machine Design & Manufacturing

A 3D weaving loom is not a standalone machine; with the warp-dressing station, bobbin-transfer systems and control cabinets, it is a production line. The whole line is developed in-house and used solely in our own production.

The two software layers that drive the loom are also our own engineering: an automation layer controlling motors, sensors and motion axes in real time, and a pattern layer that translates the target 3D geometry into the fibre-and-bobbin matrix. The entire process is 100% domestic engineering — we are the first and only company in Türkiye to have taken this technology to serial production.

### 3D Woven Preform & Composite Production

Preform production takes as much experience as machine production. Every product gets its own engineering, setup and machine-to-product adaptation, in-house.

Pattern software, preform manufacturing and VARTM mould design are engineered as a single process. VARTM moulds are designed in-house to the preform and resin-system specifications, and preforms become composite parts on our own VARTM line.

## Our Team

The team includes mechanical, textile, materials and electronics engineers, alongside experienced technicians. Loom, preform and VARTM production all sit with this team.
